Kylian Mbappe Has Signed A Contract With Real Madrid
JAKARTA - Kylian Mbappe has confirmed where he will dock at the end of this season. Real Madrid received the services of the French national team player.
Marca reports that Mbappe and Los Blancos have finalized their agreement on Monday, February 19, 2024. Starting July 1, 2024, the 25-year-old will play at the Santiago Bernabeu.
Another detail of the deal with the Champions League record holder (14 times) was reported by the BBC.
Mbappe contracted for five seasons until 2029 with a salary of 15 million euros per season.
Fabrizio Romano, a football transfer expert, said the salary of the French national team player was smaller.
"The Real Madrid fixed salary proposal for Kylian Mbappe is much lower than Los Blancos' offer in the summer of 2022. In addition, his salary will also be lower than his current salary (at Paris Saint-Germain)."

"Real wants Mbappe to join the club with their condition having spent years in this story. The contract proposal is in Kylian's hands," Romano said on the X (Twitter) account.
However, Mbappe will still receive bonuses at Los Blancos. However, not as big as he received at PSG.
In addition, he received a contract signing bonus of 150 million euros which was paid in five years.
You could say, the transfer-free Mbappe move is not free. Sky Sports even called the 25-year striker transfer the most expensive free transfer agreement in history.
Meanwhile, the announcement of Mbappe's recruitment is still planned. He will be officially introduced if Madrid and PSG will not meet in the 2023/2024 Champions League. If the two teams meet, the inauguration of Mbappe will certainly be postponed.
Apart from that, Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) is ready to find a replacement for Mbappe.
Some names have become targets, such as Victor Osimhen, Mohammed Salah, and Bernardo Silva.
Kylian Mbappe has spent his career at PSG since 2018. He has packed 175 appearances and contributed 147 goals.
Mbappe's departure is known to PSG President Nasser Al Khaelaifi. The leader of Les Parisiens has been informed by Mbappe that he will not renew the contract that expires at the end of this season.
