Mojokerto Nyasar's Voice Letter To Lamongan, Bawaslu: Not Violations And Votes Considered Legal
LAMONGAN - Election Supervisory Agency (Bawaslu) Lamongan, East Java, took a stand regarding the exchange of votes from the VIII Mojokerto electoral district to Lamongan. Bawaslu considers that no violations and votes were considered legal. Previously, oddities occurred in the 2024 Election Voting in Lamongan, East Java, precisely at the Voting House (TPS) 07 Kelorarum Village, Tikung District, Wednesday 14 February. When the voting was discovered there were 16 ballots from Mojokerto targeting the TPS. The Coordinator of the Prevention Division, Community Participation and Public Relations of the Election Supervisory Agency (Bawaslu) Lamongan Yulianti said, in accordance with the circular letter (SE) with the KPU and Bawaslu ballots that were exchanged in the DPR case was not a violation and votes were considered valid for political parties. "In accordance with the circular letter along with the incident, it is considered legal and vote, it refers to 11 letter A points and is recorded in the special event form," he said, Thursday 15 February.

He said his party had gone down and investigated the case. He has also received reports from PTPS, PKD and sub-district supervisors that the incident really happened, his party has carried out a plenary session with members of Lamongan Bawaslu and no violations have been found in the case. "There is no recommendation for PSU (re-voting) if it relates to the exchange of ballots," he explained.
