Usher Only Makes 671 US Dollars From His Performance At The Super Bowl
JAKARTA - Usher reportedly only made less than 700 US dollars for his performance at the Super Bowl Halftime event.
The R&B superstar show took place on the weekend, February 11, as he took to the stage at the Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas to play in the 58th Super Bowl final.
That night, watching San Francisco 49ers face off against defending champions Kansas City Chiefs, where the reigning champions finally won.
During his set, he was accompanied by various surprise guests including Alicia Keys, HER and willi.am. However, although reportedly watched by 30 million households, it is known that the artist made less than 700 US dollars from the show.
According to American Songwriter, that night, Usher made USD 671, but exposure from the set was set to make him make around USD 100 million.
