Megawati: Elections Must Be Honest And Fair

PDIP Chairman Megawati Soekarnoputri requested that the 2024 General Election be supervised from potential fraud. The presidential election must be honest and fair because election is the right of citizens.

"Give the people the opportunity to choose what they hope for and we carry out this democratic party honestly and fairly must be neutral and this is the right of the Indonesian people to make their choice," Megawati said after voting, Wednesday, February 14.

Megawati asked for the 2024 election process to be monitored. If there is fraud, it is reported to be followed up.

Please remember, the current election (so that) there is no more fraud. Anyone who has the ability to intimidate must be reported because it is the right of law in this Republic, in our constitution (regulated) every citizen wherever they are has the same rights," said Megawati, Wednesday, February 14.
