Outer Bedouin Residents Return To Traditional Villages To Vote For Elections

JAKARTA - Residents of Badui Luar in the interior of Lebak Regency, Banten returned to customary residential areas to make the 2024 general election (Pemilu) a success, because it was an obligation as an Indonesian citizen.

"I think people live in the fields and return to settlements if there are traditional activities or elections," he explained.

Saija said the Bedouin returned to settlements in the afternoon from Gunungkencana District using 20ASH cars.

Meanwhile, Rendi (45), a resident of the Outer Bedouin, admitted that he and his family members returned from fields to their homes in traditional villages because there were presidential and vice elections, the DPR RI, Provincial DPRD, Regency DPRD and DPD.
