Bunong Jeumpa, Aceh Cultural Heritage And Spirituality Combination
The brand of local Saskara fashion again presented a collection of Nusantara entitled Bunong Jeumpa, a Cultural Heritage and Spirituality alloy from Serambi Makkah, Aceh.
The CEO and designer of Saskara, Andya Kartika, explained that Aceh, known as Serambi Makkah, is due to its closeness to Islamic values and the wealth of religious traditions.
Through the Bunong Jeumpa, a combination of Islamic values, traditions, and natural beauty of Aceh is framed in a work.
"Often when we face someone we think is important, we try to appear in the best condition, but what about when we face the Creator? That message we are trying to convey through the Saskara products," he said.
COO Saskara, Afif Kamal Fiska added, Bungong Jeumpa has the design of two iconic buildings.
In line with the meaning of the cempaka flower, the choice of the names of each product from the Bunung Jeumpa collection is taken from the names of Aceh-Dhien, Keumala, Meurah, Meutia and Puteh female heroes.
These Acehnese female heroes are a symbol of determination, gentleness, and misery, in the history of the struggle of the Indonesian nation.
In addition to the meaningful motifs, the selection of cloth for Jeumpa's bunung product uses a type of silk satin material that is gentle, smooth, not easily tangled, and small in size when folded.

"Bungong Jeumpa not only offers beauty and quality, but also brings a deep philosophy of the value of prayer as a link between humans, the Creator, and the universe. Every work produced by SASKARA invites to be present in the best conditions when dealing with the Creator, a value that has long been turned on in Aceh culture," he concluded.
