Erick Thohir Strengthens Mental Health Awareness As A Foundation For The Future Of SOEs
JAKARTA - The Minister of SOEs, Erick Thohir, invites BUMN employees to participate more actively in building the future of SOEs. Creativity and courage in taking steps to change are the main foundations of success. This was realized in the 1000 Story Human Event which was held this time in Malang Skyland, Malang Regency.
"Erick Thohir wants SOE people to have aspirations not only as rulers of Indonesia but also Southeast Asia," said Special Staff III of the Minister of SOEs, Arya Sinulingga, in a series of Talkshows 1000 Human Stories.
Arya further said that SOE personnel must reflect and improve mental health to support their performance and capability in working for the nation.
"Mental health is one of the main pillars outlined in the Employee Well-being Policy and has been approved by the Minister of SOEs, Erick Thohir," said Arya.
The series of events started at 10.00 am where influencers and millennials from BUMN from East Java attended. The first session started with the 5 Sense Experience activity hosted by Putra Wiramuda (Practici Mindfulness) supported by cool weather in the morning which also added to the relaxed atmosphere. The session continued with a journal session with Raden Prisya (Mindfulness Practice and Wellbeing Coach) where participants were invited to express their thoughts in writing.
The East Java SOE Influencer Workshop is a series of 3rd roadshows, collaboration between the Ministry of SOEs and SOEs, namely Bank Mandiri, IFG, and Danareksa.

Meanwhile, the Corporate Secretary of the Indonesia Financial Group (IFG), Oktarina Dwidya Sistha, added that IFG as a BUMN Holding insurance, guarantee and investment, is very supportive of this workshop event considering that mental health is currently fundamental and very important to support the company's performance and growth.
The event then continued with inspiring talk shows by qualified resource persons in their fields, including: Tara Basro (Aktris), Meisya Sallwa (Wrist), and Tara de Thouars (Clinical Psychologists). Participants can also provide free counseling with professional psychologists in the booths that have been provided.
