Regarding Almas' Lawsuit To Gibran, Ganjar: Please Talk To The Two Of You
PALEMBANG - Presidential Candidate number three Ganjar Pranowo assessed that the default lawsuit filed by Almas Tsaqibbiru against vice presidential candidate number two, Gibran Rakabuming Raka, should be resolved together. Both were asked to talk to each other.
"If the lawsuit is civil, please talk together," said Ganjar at Pasar 16 Ilir, Palembang City, South Sumatra, Friday, February 2.
Ganjar also did not know much about the lawsuit. That's why he only suggested Almas and Gibran meet each other.
"I don't know what their business is," said the former Governor of Central Java.
Almas Tsaqibbirru sued vice presidential candidate number 2 who is also the son of President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) Gibran Rakabuming Raka to pay compensation of Rp. 10 million. Almas' legal efforts are included in the classification of the default case.

This lawsuit is registered at the Surakarta District Court (PN) with case number 25 / Pdt.G / 2024 / PN Skt. Represented by attorney Arif Sahudi, Almas alluded to the judicial review of Article 169 q of Law number 7 of 2017 concerning Elections submitted to the Constitutional Court (MK).
