Judge Asks Irish Bella To Give Ammar Zoni The Opportunity To Meet His Children After Divorce

JAKARTA - Artist Irish Bella was banned by the panel of judges to prevent her ex-husband, Ammar Zoni, from meeting her children after officially divorcing.

This was conveyed by the Public Relations of the Depok Religious Court, Kamal Syarif on Thursday, February 1 after the couple was officially declared divorced. In that decision, Irish Bella obtained child custody as she had applied from the start as a divorce suit.

"Then it was granted also related to child custody, two children, legally determined by Irish as the custody holder of the two children," said M. Kamal Syarif, Thursday, February 1.

Even so, the panel of judges emphasized to Irish Bella to continue to provide access to meetings between Ammar Zoni and his two children. She was asked to give her ex-husband the opportunity to continue to show his father's figure to his children.

"However, in the child care decision, the panel of judges added by providing access," explained Kamal.

"So Irish Bella was ordered to give access to Ammar Zoni who does not have custody of this child to still be able to meet and devote his love as a biological father to his two children," he concluded.
