Polda Metro Investigator Sita Mobile, Aiman Witjaksono Officially Complains To Police Propam

JAKARTA - National Winning Spokesperson (TPN) Ganjar-Mahfud MD, Aiman Witjaksono officially complained to Polda Metro Jaya investigators to the National Police Propam. The complaint relates to the confiscation of cellphones in handling cases of alleged spreading false news 'the police are not neutral'.

"We have come to Propam to report from related to the investigation into the case that happened to me at the Polda Metro Jaya," Aiman told reporters, Thursday, February 1.

The complaint has been received and registered with the number LP SPSP2/538/II/2024, dated February 1.

Meanwhile, Deputy Executive Director of the Deputy for Law of TPN Ganjar-Mahfud, Finsensius Mendrofa, said that in the complaint, his party asked the National Police Propam to intervene to oversee the investigation process carried out by the Polda Metro Jaya.

"We ask Propam as a division that oversees the profession and security, of course, hopes that the Propam Police Headquarters can participate in evaluating the investigation process that occurred at Polda Metro Jaya," he said.

In his complaint, one of the investigators reported was the Director of Special Criminal Investigation Kombes Ade Safri Simanjuntak as the leader in the investigation process.

Finsensius assessed that there was an error in the confiscation process. Because Aiman is still a witness.

Then the confiscation permit from the South Jakarta District Court only allowed one piece of evidence. In fact, there were four items belonging to Aiman that were confiscated.

"The confiscated evidence, based on a warrant from the court, is not in accordance with the court confiscation permit. If the court confiscation permit only allows 1 piece of evidence, while the other 3 pieces of evidence are not included in the warrant," said Finsensius.
