The Prosecutor's Office handed over files and 20 suspected arrows to the police who secured a dispute between residents of the Karang Taliwang neighborhood and the Monjok neighborhood, Mataram City, West Nusa Tenggara (NTB).

"Yes, that's right. We have just finished the second stage of the process (transmitting the suspect and evidence). We have received 20 suspects from investigators. Following up from phase two, the public prosecutor began compiling indictments for the need for delegation to court.

"Regarding the positions of 20 suspects, we will continue to detain them at the West Lombok Prison," he said.

Meanwhile, the Head of the Mataram Police Satreskrim Kompol I Made Yogi Purusa Utama also confirmed that Mataram Kejari investigators had transferred 20 suspects to the public prosecutor.

The delegation was also carried out together with the submission of evidence in the form of video recordings showing the suspect's actions, 130 arrows, 7 catapults, 60 marbles, 23 firecrackers, 3 samurai, 3 safety vests, and 3 air rifles.

"We carried out the delegation after the case file was declared complete," said Yogi.

For the other five suspects, Yogi ensured that the handling of the case was still under investigation.

As many as 20 suspects who were transferred to this case came from the Karang Taliwang neighborhood. Each suspect has a different role, some are suspected of inciting them to commit crimes and fight officers using sharp weapons.

In the case file, 20 suspects were charged with alleged violations of Article 2 paragraph (1) of the Emergency Law Number 12 of 1951 and/or Article 160 of the Criminal Code and/or Article 213 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 212 of the Criminal Code.
