DKI KPU Socializes Vote Counting Procedures, Involves Election TPS Witnesses
JAKARTA - The General Election Commission (KPU) of DKI Jakarta collaborates with a number of political parties (political parties) to understand the provisions for voting and counting votes for the 2024 General Election to make the democratic party a success.
"We are trying our best so that the process of carrying out the voting and counting of votes is as transparent and accountable as possible," said Chairman of the KPU DKI Jakarta Province Wahyu Dinata in the socialization of voting and vote counting in the 2024 General Election in Jakarta, Thursday 1 Fabruari, which was confiscated by Antara.
To support the transparent voting and vote counting process, Wahyu hopes that the Recapitulation Information System (Sirekap) system at the polling stations (TPS) will maximize the results of the general election for the public.
He hopes that the information devices in monitoring the process and results of voting and vote counting as well as determining the election results will be a means of control.
Apart from the device, Wahyu also hopes that the presence of Election TPS witnesses represented by political parties will also be able to assist in monitoring ahead of the democratic party for the next 13 days.
"If the procedure is opened at 07.00 WIB, make sure the witness comes before," he explained.
