Variative Asia Exchange, JCI Opens Weaken 0.09 Percent

JAKARTA - The Composite Stock Price Index (JCI) at the opening of trading on Thursday, February 1, 2024, weakened by 6.21 points or 0.09 percent to 7,201.72 at 09.20 WIB this morning.

Meanwhile, the JCI opened at the level of 7,207.94 while the highest level of the JCI today is at the level of 7,223.45 and the lowest is at 7,191.69.

The total volume of stock trading on the IDX reached 3.30 billion, with a transaction value of Rp1.50 trillion. There are 170 stocks up, 215 shares down, and 222 low.

The LQ45 index rose 0.29 percent to 977.963 and the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) experienced an increase of 0.14 percent to 530.52. In addition, IDX30 also increased 0.32 percent to 496.27.

Moving into Asian exchange trading, Japan's Nikkei 225 index fell 0.77 percent, Hang Seng Hong Kong shot up 1.43 percent, China's Shanghai Composite slightly rose 0.19 percent, while Singapore's Straits Times fell 0.30 percent.

As for those who entered the ranks of Top Gainers, namely PT Sejahteraraya Anugrahjaya Tbk (ITMG) rose 70 or 11.67 percent to Rp6.70, PT Siloam Internationale Hospital Tbk (SILO) rose 80 or 3.60 percent to Rp2,300, PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk (BBRI) rose 100 or 1.75 percent to Rp5,800.

Meanwhile, those who entered the top loss ranks were shares of PT Petrindo Jaya Kreasi Tbk (CUAN) down 175 or 2.66 percent to Rp6,400, shares of PT Kalbe Farma (KLBF) down 30 or 1.99 percent to Rp1,480, and shares of PT Barito Renewable Energy Tbk (BREN) down 70 or 1.41 percent to Rp4,880.
