Ministry Of Industry's Revenue Reaches IDR 352.50 Billion, Up 120.86 Percent From Initial Estimation

Minister of Industry (Menperin) Agus Gumiwang Kartasasmita said his ministry set an estimated revenue of IDR 291.65 billion throughout 2023.

In reality, the Ministry of Industry's revenue in 2024 will reach IDR 352.50 billion or around 120.86 percent of the estimated estimate.

"This income comes from service revenues carried out by technical UPT within the Ministry of Industry, such as the Standardization and Services Center for Industrial Services, Polytechnic, Vocational High Schools for Industry and other legitimate income in accordance with statutory provisions," said Minister of Industry Agus quoted from the Ministry of Industry's official website, Wednesday, January 31.

Meanwhile, in terms of spending, the Ministry of Industry has managed a budget of IDR 4.53 trillion, including an additional budget in the form of government assistance for the purchase of two-wheeled electric motorized vehicles (KBLBB) of IDR 1.4 trillion.

The realization of the budget until December 31, 2023, reached IDR 3.17 trillion or 69.95 percent.

"If reduced by the additional budget for KBLBB, the realization of the Ministry of Industry's budget throughout 2023 has reached 98.65 percent or an increase of 0.52 percent from 2022, which is 98.13 percent," said Agus.

"Regarding the additional budget in the form of government assistance for the purchase of two-wheeled battery-based electric motorized vehicles amounting to Rp1.4 trillion, we can convey that the realization until December 31, 2023 is Rp80.7 billion with 11,532 units in exchange for price cuts," he added.
