How To Fix IMessage Problems That Come Out On IPhone Devices

JAKARTA Some iPhone users may have seen a pop-upnotification that reads, iMessage is out. If you're having this problem, you don't have to worry.

Quoting from Makeuseof, There are several ways you can solve the problem. First, make sure that iMessage is not inactive. To find out if your app is active, go to Settings on your device.

After that, select Messages and see toggle button to menuiMessage. If the toggle button is gray, then iMessage is not active. You only need to tap toggle button until it turns green so that iMessage is active again.

Next, you can check Apple's phone number and ID attached to iMessage. Make sure that your iMessage is connected to Apple's phone number and ID. Without both, iMessage won't work.

To check the connected account, go to Settings and tap Messages, then look for the Send option and Receive it under the iMessage button. If the description you see is No Address, you just need to fill in Apple ID to enable iMessage.

The last way you can do is check the Apple status server. There is a possibility that this problem occurred from Apple, not because of the device's fault. To see the status, go to Apple System Status page in the browser.

When the website is open, make sure the color you can see next to the iMessage description. If the color you can see is green, then the Apple server is fine. However, if what you see is yellow, then Apple's server is in trouble.
