Anies-Muhaimin Affirms Only Hearing The Voice Of The People And The Science

JAKARTA - Presidential and vice-presidential candidates Anies Baswedan-Muhaimin Iskandar (AMIN) emphasized that they would only hear the people and science.

The candidate pair carried by the Change Coalition is determined to continue to listen to the aspirations of the people who really want improvements and changes, both in the food, education, social, and economic sectors.

"Mas Anies and I have agreed that we only listen to two parties. First, listen to the people, agree? Second, listen to science," said Muhaimin in his statement quoted by ANTARA, Tuesday, January 30.

AMIN held a grand campaign at the Pendawa Field, Slawi, Tegal Regency, Central Java. The grand campaign which was attended by the Anies-Muhaimin pair was warmly welcomed by thousands of supporters while shouting "changes".

In his oration, Muhaimin Iskandar emphasized that the sound of change is even more echoing in the country.

Gus Imin, as he is familiarly called, said that the community wants to jointly realize changes for the better fate of the nation.

"Farmers have been less profitable, right? Farmers have been ignored, right? It's time for us to make changes. It's time for us to make changes. There are still many of our farmers who need to be helped by fertilizer," said Gus Imin, wearing a combination of green and black sports.

Meanwhile, Anies Baswedan said that this change was not only a political struggle, but changed the fate of the Indonesian people to be more prosperous.

"This is not just a political matter, this is the fate of the Indonesian people which we will both change. This struggle is full of challenges," said Anies.
