Prabowo-Gibran's Electability In The LSI Denny JA Survey Reaches 50.7 Percent, TKN: Bismillah, One Round

JAKARTA - Secretary of the National Campaign Team (TKN) Prabowo Gibran, Nusron Wahid, welcomed the results of the survey of the Indonesian Survey Circle (LSI) Denny JA which placed Prabowo Subianto-Gibran Rakabuming Raka in first place with an electability level of 50.7 percent. Nusron said the signs of a one-round victory became more evident.

"Alhamdulillah, Prabowo Gibran is getting more and more public trust. Bismillah, one round," said Nusron at the Prabowo-Gibran Media Center on Jalan Sriwijaya I, Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta, January 30.

Even so, the Golkar politician reminded that the survey results only explained that today's conditions did not describe the conditions on voting day.

Therefore, he appealed to all teams and volunteers to work hard to secure Prabowo-Gibran's votes on February 14.

"We thank you for the survey. The important thing is later during the election. The point is hard work. If (the survey) is good, Alhamdulillah, as material for a thicker win. If it's not good, we'll add more hard work," said Nusron.

It is known that the electability of the Prabowo Subianto-Gibran Rakabuming Raka pair has reached 50.7 percent. While the Runner up is filled by Anies Baswedan-Muhaimin Iskandar with 22 percent. Meanwhile, Ganjar Pranowo- Mahfud MD 19.7 percent.

"P Prabowo-Gibran's electability has already passed the magic number for 1 round 50.7 percent," said LSI researcher Dennya JA, Adjie Al Faraby in his presentation Tuesday, January 30.

The survey noted that there were still 0.7 percent of invalid votes. And those who answered the secret or did not know or did not answer were 6.9 percent.

Adjie explained that Prabowo-Gibran's upward trend in electability was around 4-5 percent since November 2023. If, the trend continues until February 14, 2024, then one chance of a round is open.

"If the upward trend is consistent with 4 percent to 5 percent, then we can predict it safely and consistently, then indeed the potential for one round is very wide open," he added.

The LSI Denny JA survey was conducted on January 16-26, 2024. The sample determination method, namely multistage random sampling, was obtained by 1,200 respondents. Data collection techniques are face-to-face interviews using questionnaires. In this survey, the margin of error is +-2.9 percent.
