A US Citizen Who Persecuted A Villa Employee Until His Teeth Were Removed Was Arrested By The Gianyar Bali Police
DENPASAR - Police arrested a foreign national from the United States Michael Zachary Olson (28) who was suspected of molesting a villa employee in the Gianyar area until the teeth of the date alias were removed.
"The arrests were made based on allegations of abuse by foreigners with US citizenship. Currently, the perpetrators are still in the process of further investigation at the Gianyar Police Headquarters," said Head of Public Relations of the Bali Police, Kombes Jansen Avitus Panjaitan, Friday, January 26.
According to Jansen's statement based on the investigation, examination of evidence and witnesses, the foreigner was secured by the head of Thursday, January 25 at around 22.00 WITA by the Gianyar Police Satreskrim team at a hotel in Nusa Dua, Badung.
The arrest was after the video allegedly being abused by foreigners from America became the talk of many people on social media. The incident occurred at Villa Kailash, located in Kemenuh, Gianyar on Wednesday (24/1).
Meanwhile, Gianyar Police Chief AKBP Ketut Widiada explained that the villa had made an official report to the Sukawati Police, Gianyar.
"The villa manager has reported to the Sukawati Police at around 20.00 WITA and we from the police through the Satreskrim are backing up," he said at the Gianyar Police.
Based on the reporter's statement, previously the alleged perpetrator stayed at Villa Kailash a few days ago. The suspect rented a motorbike belonging to a villa to work while in Bali. However, on Tuesday (23/1), one of the perpetrators had an accident while riding a motorbike rented from a villa. The friend of the perpetrator is currently still being treated at Siloam hospital in Denpasar.
Then, on Wednesday (24/1) afternoon the perpetrator and his female colleagues came to the villa using a taksionline car.
Arriving at the villa, the perpetrator took his colleague's belongings who had an accident and put them in the car. Then, the victim, who is an employee of a villa named Dewa Gede Widiada, came to the perpetrator and asked about the condition and whereabouts of the villa motorbike rented by the perpetrator and his friend.

"Because the owner of the motorbike asked where the accident was, and whether the motorbike was safe. And the perpetrator brought his friend's belongings who had the accident to Denpasar. The manager asked not to be taken first because his motorbike had not returned. That's when the perpetrators carelessly beat him. This is the reporting version. We are investigating the exact chronology," said the Gianyar Police Chief, quoted by ANTARA.
Furthermore, after molesting the victim, the perpetrator immediately fled with his female partner.
After receiving the victim's report, the police then moved quickly to find the perpetrator. AKBP Widiada said that his party had checked the whereabouts of the alleged perpetrator at Siloam Hospital, where his colleague was being treated after the accident. However, the alleged perpetrator was not there.
