Social Minister Risma And Staff Install 69 Additional Tents For Sukabumi Landslide Victims

SUKABUMI - Minister of Social Affairs Tri Rismaharini and their ranks installed additional tents for 69 families affected by landslides and potential landslides in Sukabumi, West Java.Risma visited residents affected by landslides in Sekarwangi Village, Cibadak District, Sukabumi, Friday, January 26."We have prepared additional tents, if this tent can still accommodate 69 families, if it is not enough, we will prepare it. Only later we will have to discuss with the Sukabumi Regency Government about the location. If there is a location, we have a tent," he said during his working visit at the Sukabumi landslide disaster post.Logistics assistance from the Ministry of Social Affairs was distributed on Wednesday, January 23.The landslide disaster in Sekarwangi Village, Cibadak District caused 12 houses to be destroyed and buried. At least this incident caused 15 families and 51 people to be affected. The Ministry of Social Affairs has distributed aid in the form of logistics to the community.Acting Director of Social Protection for Natural Disaster Victims of the Ministry of Social Affairs Muhammad Delmi said some assistance had been distributed."Logistical assistance from the nearest warehouse has been distributed. There are clothing and food that can be used in an emergency," he said.The assistance distributed by the Ministry of Social Affairs was in the form of 300 packages of ready-to-eat food, 400 packages of ready-to-eat side dishes, 50 mattresses, 20 rolled tents, 50 blankets, eight adult clothing packages, 30 packages of family kits, 160 packages of children's food, five packages of kidsware, and five packages of baby clothing.
The Ministry of Social Affairs and Tagana also built an integrated disaster post with the Sukabumi Regency BPBD, Sukabumi Regency Social Service, TNI, Polri, and volunteers.
