Shin Tae-yong Will Use A Different Approach Against Japan
JAKARTA - The Indonesian national team has a special strategy when dealing with Japan in the last match of Group D of the 2023 Asian Cup at Al Thumama Stadium, Wednesday, January 24, 2024, at 18.30 WIB.
Shin Tae-yong said he would take a different approach when he met the Blue Samurai.
Previously, the Garuda Squad did display a different style of play in the last two matches against Iraq and Vietnam.
According to the South Korean coach's observation, Japan has a typical playing that is also different from Iraq and Vietnam. No wonder he has prepared a special strategy.
"Obviously Japan is the number one team (in Asia). It was a difficult match for us, but we wanted to perform and show that Indonesian football is developing."
