Platform X Presents Password Key Support On US-Based IOS Devices

JAKARTA Platform X, formerly known as Twitter, has a new alternative tologin. This platform has started to enable passkey or password keys that support biometric authentication.

By using a password, users X can log in without the need to enter a password. They only need to authenticate their identity through a fingerprint or facial scanning method.

In addition to using biometric authentication, users can also enter their PIN or cell phone keys. These two ways are much easier than users should remember often complicated passwords.

Password keys are a new, easy-to-use, and safe way to log in to your account. Password keys are safer than traditional passwords because they are created one by one by your device for each account," said Security X.

Currently, password support only exists on iOS devices. Whenever a user enters a Twitter account on an iPhone connected to an iCloud, they can use a password. Unfortunately, this feature is only for iOS users in the United States.

To use the password key on X, users must activate that feature first. First, log in to the iOS app with the Twitter account you want to use, then click your Account in the navigation section, then go to Settings and Privacy.

After that, click Security and Account Access, then click Security. After viewing the Additional Password Protection option, select Password Lock and enter the password from your account. If you have, select Add Password Key and follow the remaining instructions.

Once this feature is active, users will always be asked to use a password when they want to log in to their account. Keep in mind that the password can only be used when you want tologin, not when you want to create a new account.
