Gibran Wants Tani Cards And Social Assistance To Be Continued More On Target
JAKARTA - Cawapres Gibran Rakabuming Raka wants to continue the Tani Card program and social assistance (vansos) while evaluating so that the program runs more on target.
"The farmer card will be evaluated again so that the fertilizer is more targeted. If it is a problem, it will be deleted later," said Gibran while campaigning in Wonogiri, Central Java, as reported by ANTARA, Tuesday, January 23.
Regarding social assistance, Gibran and presidential candidates. Prabowo Subianto will continue the program if elected in the 2024 General Election.
However, he said, there would be an evaluation if the distribution was not right on target. This is because Gibran admitted that he received complaints from the community that the distribution of social assistance was not on target and was favoritism.
"PKH (Family Hope Program), KIS (Healthy Indonesian Card), KIP (Smart Indonesia Card) will be continued later. To make it more targeted, we will update the recipient data again," said Gibran.

Gibran said that he and Prabowo would cooperate with micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in their flagship program, namely free lunch.
"The Free Lunch Program is a stimulant for MSMEs," he said.
Gibran continued his campaign in Wonogiri by meeting people who gathered in Ngadirejo Village Kidul, Central Java. Gibran's arrival was greeted with reog arts and gamelan.
He opened his political oration by praying for all the people present to always be healthy.
Gibran admitted that he already knew that the problems of the people in Wonogiri were damaged roads, fertilizers, seeds, farmer cards, drought, clean water, distribution of social assistance, and employment opportunities.
