LMAN Successfully Freezes PNBP Of IDR 3.7 Trillion In 2023
JAKARTA - The State Asset Management Institute (LMAN) recorded a Non-Tax State Revenue (PNBP) of IDR 3.7 trillion.
Furthermore, the realization of land acquisition funding from the State Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBN) managed by LMAN to support infrastructure development reached IDR 18.206 trillion throughout 2023. In addition, the realization of land funding increased by 13.45 percent for the entire National Strategic Project (PSN) compared to the previous year.
Director General of State Assets Rionald Silaban said that with this achievement, it is hoped that LMAN will continue to encourage and strive to strengthen the role of state assets as fiscal tools that produce PNBP and have a good impact on the community.
"LMAN managed to reach PNBP by Rp 3.7 trillion, this is not a small amount," Rio said in a media briefing with LMAN, Tuesday, January 23, 2024.
On the same occasion, LMAN President Director Basuki Purwadi said that after 2023 PNBP, LMAN collected IDR 3.7 trillion, an increase of 48 percent compared to 2022.
Basuki also said that the PNBP value came from the realization of property of IDR 1.2 trillion and treasury of IDR 2.5 trillion.
Meanwhile, the number of managed assets reached 302 assets, consisting of LNG Arun Refinery, Badak LNG Refinery, 151 apartment units, 105 shophouses / warehouses, 16 buildings, 20 lands, and 8 houses.
Meanwhile, the total assets that have been optimized are 115 assets consisting of 52 apartment units and 63 assets in the form of non-inventory.
Then, the total assets ready to be marketed are 47 units, consisting of 35 apartment units and 12 non-partial units.
On the other hand, assets that are still in the construction process are 27 units, under the conditions of 4 units, and the pre-developing of 107 units.

In addition to the realization of PNBP, Basuki also said that until December 31, 2023, the estimated value of cost savings to support government activities or known as cost saving, had achieved a realization of Rp. 111 billion. The funds come from the management of LMAN assets which are used to support government ministry/institutional activities.
In addition, assets managed by LMAN are also used by certain partners without charge, such as for MSMEs and so on. Not only that, LMAN indirectly plays a role in supporting the multiplier effect for socio-economic benefits that have been quantized in 2023 to reach IDR 51 billion
"So a total of IDR 3.7 trillion for PNBP, IDR 111 billion for cost saving, and IDR 51 billion for socio-economic benefits," said Basuki.
