The Reason Ben Bruce Withdraws From Asking Alexandria Is Because He Wants To Focus On Family
JAKARTA - Asking Alexandria guitarist Ben Bruce withdrew from the band that exaggerated his name.
Bruce formed Asking Alexandria in 2006 and has played on eight British band studio albums, including Asking Alexandria's latest full release "Whoe Do We Go From Here?".
In a message posted on Instagram on Friday last week, the guitarist thanked Asking Alexandria fans before explaining the reasons for his resignation.
"This is the time to dedicate my life to my family. Apart from the family's medical situation, leaving my children means missing too many important moments in their lives," said Bruce.
Ben's full statement reads as follows:
"For my amazing AA family, First and foremost, I would like to thank everyone for their love and support over the years. It means more to me than you can imagine.
"I've spent my whole life dedicated to music. It's my first love since I was 2 years old and the journey I've been through has been incredible. As my age and life changes, I've realized how valuable time is. The time I spend with all of you is the time in my life. But now is the time to devote my life to my family.
“Selain situasi medis keluarga, meninggalkan anak-anak saya berarti melewatkan terlalu banyak momen penting dalam hidup mereka. Sangat penting bagi saya untuk berada di sana untuk mereka saat mereka tumbuh, dan berada di sini untuk keluarga saya saat mereka membutuhkan saya, yang artinya, setelah berpikir panjang, saya akan menjauh dari Asking Alexandria.
