France Opens Scholarship Opportunities For Indonesian Footballers Through The D'Or Football Program
JAKARTA France opens opportunities for young Indonesian talents to get football scholarships. The program called the Ball d'Or will begin in January 2024.
The d'Or Indonesia football is an education and sports project supported by the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs and implemented by the Francais d'Indonesie Institute, French Ambassador to Indonesia, Timor Leste, ASEAN, French Football Academy Jakarta (FFF), Life School-Lycee Francais de Jakarta, and Silk Road Sports Indonesia.
This program provides opportunities for hundreds of Indonesian children, both women and boys born in 2014/2015, to take part in the selection held in Jakarta, Tangerang, Bogor, and Bekasi.
Children who meet the requirements are welcome to take part in the talent detection stage from January to June 2024. There will be six stages of selection, including involving a French learning session.
This selection provides scholarship opportunities to 10 children at the FFF French Football Academy Jakarta and two children get school scholarships at the Life School of Lycee Francais de Jakarta.

The detection process will be carried out by the FFF- French Football Academy team-in four different venues under the direction of coach Patrick Vallee (Technical Director). The entire event was held by Silk Road Sports Consulting.
The French language class will be organized by the Francais d'Indonesie Institute.
This program is opened free of charge for all Indonesian children, but on condition that prospective participants must be committed to participating in the six stages of selection.
Each selection venue for the first phase has a quota of 60 children. The first phase of selection will take place on January 27, 2024 at PSF Pancoran, Jakarta, ASIOP Field in Bogor on January 28, 2024, DM Sport in Tangerang on February 10, 2024, and in Bekasi (MJCC) on February 11, 2024.
Then, the second phase will take place in February-March 2024, the third stage will be held in April-May 2024, the fourth stage in May-June 2024, and the fifth-sixth stage in June 2024.
At the end of the final phase, 10 players will be selected out of a total of 240. The children who are selected in the sixth stage will receive a French language course from IFI in the morning, and practice football at the FFF Academy Jakarta, in the afternoon.
Of the 10 children, there will be two main winners, one son and one daughter each. Winners will have the opportunity to receive school scholarships at Life School Jakarta.
Meanwhile, the 10 children who were selected in the sixth stage automatically received a 10-year scholarship at the FFF Academy Jakarta.
