TKN Calls Overturned Evidence To Prevent Corruption Instead Of Revision Of The KPK Law Offered By Anies
JAKARTA - The Prabowo-Gibran National Campaign Team (TKN) said that the reverse proof step proposed by Prabowo Subianto was considered to have made the deterrent effect of corruptors.
Because according to the Secretary of TKN Nusron Wahid, with the reverse proof step, officials who have wealth must prove their origin from where to get this wealth.
"If the proof is reversed, the principle is subjective principles and the principle of suudzon in Islam. Later there will be challenges, for example, I buy a car because it has an inheritance. Where is the evidence of the heirs, they are chased there," said Nusron at the TKN Media Center, Kebayoran Lama, South Jakarta, Thursday 18 January.
Nusron also mentioned other candidate pairs who wanted to revise the KPK Law which Nusron considered inappropriate. He assessed that the current KPK Law has no problem.
"Because if the revision of the KPK Law is highlighted, there is only one institutional problem, and in my opinion the KPK institution today has no problem, even better like this. There are checks and balances, there is the Supervisory Board (Dewas)," added Nusron.
