KPK Names 2 ASNs As New Suspects In The Ministry Of Transportation's DJKA Bribery Case
The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) continues to develop a bribery case for the procurement of railroads at the Directorate General of Railways (DJKA) of the Ministry of Transportation (Kemenhub). Now, there are two new suspects with elements of the state civil apparatus (ASN).
"It's true, the KPK is currently re-developing its investigation process by naming two new suspects, namely two ASN," said Head of the KPK News Section Ali Fikri to reporters in a written statement, Thursday, January 18.
Ali did not specify the identities of the two suspects. Usually, announcements will be made during attempts to force detention through a press conference.
The development was carried out after the trial of this case. Ali said the facts during the trial of the Director of PT Istana Putra Agung Dion Renato Sugiarto were carried out.
In the DJKA bribery case, 12 people have been named as suspects. They are the Director of PT Bhakti Karya Utama, Asta Danika; Director of PT Putra Kharisma Sejahtera, Zulfikar Fahmi.
In addition, Director of Railway Infrastructure Harno Trimadi; PPK Central Java Railway Engineering Center (BTP Jabagteng) Bernard Hasibuan; Head of Central Java BTP Putu Sumarjaya; PPK BPKA South Sulawesi Achmad Affandi.
Asta Danika became a suspect with Zulfikar Fahmi for allegedly bribing the Commitment Making Officer (PPK) of the Bandung Synto Pirjani Hutabarat Railway Engineering Center worth Rp935 million.
Giving is done so that he gets a project at BTP Bandung, namely the Lampegan-Cianjur railway line improvement project.

In addition to the names above, the anti-corruption commission also named another suspect, namely PPK for Railway Infrastructure Care Fadliansyah; PPK BTP Jabagbar Synto Pirjani Hutabarat; Director of PT Istana Putra Agung Dion Renato Sugiarto; Director of PT Dwifarita Fajarkharisma Muchamad Hikmat.
Then, Yoseph Ibrahim as Director of PT KA Management Properti until February 2023; and Parjono as VP of PT KA Property Management. Part of this name is currently undergoing trial at the Corruption Court (Tipikor).
