Husqvarna Svartpilen 401 2024 Officially Launched, Carrying Significant Changes

JAKARTA - Husqvarna, a two-wheeled Swedish manufacturer officially launched Svartpilen 401 2024 with a number of design and performance improvements that are ready to hit the market.

In terms of design, reported by the company's release, January 16, Svartpilen 401 2024 still maintains its strong look. The larger round LED front light with an LED ring around it is in the main spotlight. The overall proportion of this bike feels bigger and dashing. The side panel is redesigned, while the front fascia is now equipped with a decorative visor.

A significant change can be seen in the exhaust. The side exhaust was replaced with a new underbelly setup, similar to the latest KTM 390 Duke. The single-side model chain closure was also replaced with a proper tail setup. Not to forget, this latest generation of Svartpilen 401 uses a new trellis framework borrowed from his Austrian brother.

The heart of Svartpilen 401 2024 is filled with 398.6cc liquid-cooled single-cylinder engines which produce 45 hp power at 9,000rpm and 39Nm torque at 7,000rpm. This machine is married to a six-speed gearbox and is equipped with a two-way quickshifter.

Not only engines and hardware, the latest 401 Svartpilen also borrows electronic assistance from the 390 Duke. Features such as ride-by-wire, trajectory control, Supermoto ABS, and others come with a 5-inch TFT with smartphone connectivity options and a C-type charging port.

Suspension Svartpilen 401 2024 uses an adjustable WP Apex USD forfuge and an Apex WP monoshock which can also be arranged. The braking system consists of a 320mm front disk and a 240mm back with a dual-channel ABS. Both are mounted on 17-inch wheel speech wrapped in a Pirelli block pattern 110/70 tire in front and 150/60 behind. The fuel tank of Svartpilen 401 has a capacity of 13.5 liters and weighs 171.2kg.

Svartpilen 2024 will be available in February 2024 through the official dealer of the Husqvarna Motorcycle. Availability and prices may differ from one country to another. For information, for the Indian market, this latest motorbike is priced at 292,000 rupees or equivalent to Rp. 54 million.
