Denpom Purwokerto Investigate Case Of TNI Member Suspected Of Abusing Child Pangkalpinang Official

PURWOKERTO - Military Police Detachment IV/1 Purwokerto investigated the case of a TNI member suspected of molesting the child of a Pangkalpinang vertical agency official, Bangka Belitung, at a nightclub in Banyumas Regency, Central Java.

Denpom IV/1 Commander Purwokerto Lieutenant Colonel Cpm Irianto said his party had received a complaint reported by the victim with the initials MA (24) on Sunday (14/1) related to a case suspected of involving members of the TNI with the initials AP.

He admitted that AP was a member of Denpom IV/1 Purwokerto who served in the intelligence field.

"We immediately followed up on the complaint report by conducting an investigation and asking for information from the reporter and the reported party including a number of witnesses," he said as quoted by ANTARA, Monday, January 15.

After undergoing examination at Denpom IV/1 Purwokerto, he said, AP on Monday (15/1) morning was taken to the Military Police Headquarters (Pomdam) IV/Diponegoro.

He ensured that the legal process related to the case allegedly involving members of the TNI was still ongoing.

"Until now, we are still investigating the case," said Irianto.

The alleged abuse case experienced by the Supreme Court occurred after the student, one of the universities in Purwokerto, watched a music performance with guest star Herjunot Ali at a nightclub that entered the Sokaraja District, Banyumas, Saturday (13/1) early morning.

While in the motorcycle parking lot, the son of an official of a vertical agency in Pangkalpinang saw a woman he did not know being abused by a man, so he tried to break up. The woman is known to have the initials K (22).

Not long ago, the Supreme Court again saw a commotion in the car park involving several people including a woman with the initials K and a man who was involved in a commotion in a motorcycle parking lot.

Therefore, he again tried to break up the commotion until finally a fight broke out between the Supreme Court and the man suspected of being a member of the TNI

However, suddenly seven men, suspected of being friends of the TNI, came and immediately beat the Supreme Court.

As a result of the incident, the Supreme Court suffered injuries to the lower face, temples, lips, and back of the head.

The Supreme Court finally reported the incident to the Integrated Police Service Center (SPKT) of the Banyumas City Police (Polresta) on Saturday (13/1) afternoon and Denpom IV/1 Purwokerto on Sunday (14/1) afternoon.
