India Open 2024: Hendra/Ahsan And Chico Can't Show
JAKARTA The men's doubles pair Hendra Setiawan/Mohammad Ahsan are confirmed to have withdrawn from the 2024 India Open which took place this week.
The two veteran badminton players were unable to appear in the Super 750 BWF level event due to Ahsan's injury at the Malaysia Open 2024 which took place last week.
Apart from Hendra/Ahsan, Chico Aura Dwi Wardoyo's men's singles are also confirmed to have not been able to appear because his health is not yet 100 percent fit, a problem that makes him miss the Malaysia Open 2024.
Therefore, there are only nine Indonesian representatives who continue their struggle in the first part of the Asian tour. In detail, the two men's singles, one women's singles, three men's doubles, and three mixed doubles.
Athletes who are ready to appear later are the men's singles duo Anthony Sinisuka Ginting and Jonatan Christie as well as the women's singles Gregoria Mariska Tunjung.
