West Bangka Police Arrest 2.5 Tons Of Solar Hoarders
PANGKALPINANG - West Bangka Resort Police, Bangka Belitung Islands arrested 2.5 tons of diesel fuel hoarding at Simpang Tempilang, Kelapa District.
"The arrest of this perpetrator was carried out by Unit II of Certain Crimes (Tipidter) of the West Bangka Police Criminal Investigation Unit on Friday (12/1) night and currently further processing is still being carried out at the West Bangka Police," said Head of Public Relations of the Babel Islands Police, Kombes Jojo Sutarjo, as reported by ANTARA, Saturday, January 13.
During the arrest, the police found 2.5 tons of evidence in the form of diesel fuel.
The police arrested a man with the initials MR (30), a resident of Simpang Tempilang, West Bangka, who was suspected of being the perpetrator of fuel abuse.
"The perpetrator is a hoarder of the diesel type of fuel. For now, the case has been handled by Unit II Tipidter of the West Bangka Police Satreskrim," he said.

From the place where the perpetrator was arrested, the police found evidence in the form of 109 jerry cans containing diesel fuel. This diesel was obtained by the perpetrators from buying continuously at one of the gas stations in West Bangka Regency.
"The total number of diesel found and confiscated is around 2.5 tons," he said.
In addition, the police also confiscated a car and a number of other equipment used by the perpetrators to carry out the act of hoarding the diesel.
