Prince Of Brunei Married To Anisha Rosnah, Peak Celebration Held At Nurul Iman Palace
JAKARTA - The Prince of Brunei Abdul Mateen (32) officially married his lover who is not of the aristocratic circle, Anisha Rosnah (29), today at the Sultan Omar Ali Saifudeen Mosque, Begawan Series Bandar, Brunei Darussalam.Mateen and Rosnah's wedding series will last for 10 days, from 7 to 16 January. Madeen wore a traditional white dress decorated with a diamond-shaped motif and matching head decoration, escorted to the mosque in a luxury sedan.In today's marriage contract procession, as reported by the Singapore Straits Times newspaper, it was only attended by the Sultan, close relatives of the bride and groom, and a number of invited guests.Meanwhile, the peak of the royal wedding celebration will be held on Sunday, January 14 at Nurul Iman Palace which has 1,788 rooms.At the Majlis Istiadat Bersanding Bridal Diraja event, the bride and groom will sit on top of their side as husband and wife and receive congratulations from family and invited guests.The wedding party will be attended by leaders of countries, kingdoms of friendly countries, political leaders, and other invited guests.After the event, the bride and groom will board the royal train and tour the city to greet Brunei residents.Mateen is the 10th child of Sultan Hassanal Bolkiah who is in 6th place in the successor to the throne of the Brunei Darussalam Sultanate.Prince Mateen is well known to the public for being often invited to accompany his father on state visits and when attending various international forums.
Anisha Rosnah, the grandson of one of the special advisers to the Sultan of Brunei, is a businessman. He is reported to own a fashion brand himself and also the tourism business.
