Bawaslu Search Results, ASN Teacher In Tasikmalaya Personal Initiative Makes Video Support Prabowo-Gibran
JABAR - The General Election Supervisory Agency (Bawaslu) said that there was an element of personal initiative in the case of the state civil apparatus (ASN) teacher in Tasikmalaya City making a video of support for candidate pair Prabowo Subianto-Gibran Rakabuming Raka.
"For the time being, the search results have allegations that one of the ASNs has an initiative, a personal initiative to make the video," said Tasikmalaya City Bawaslu member Enceng Fuad Syukron when contacted, Wednesday, January 10, as reported by Antara.
He said that the Tasikmalaya City Bawaslu had received information about a woman who made the video giving a statement of support for candidate pair number 2, Prabowo-Gibran then sang and danced.
Furthermore, the Tasikmalaya City Bawaslu team conducted a search regarding the truth of the video, including the person, the location where the video was made, as well as looking for witnesses who knew about the incident.
"Today the progress has entered that the search results have been stated in the report on the results of the supervision or search," he said.
He conveyed that the search results of Bawaslu determined that the case of making a video of a woman suspected of being an ASN teacher was followed up in accordance with applicable regulations.

The search results, he said, had already collected evidence such as video shows, then evidence that he was a teacher with ASN status with a document in the form of a decree (SK).
"Yesterday, we searched, confirmed that there are several documents that we have to get to make sure whether they are ASN, whether it is true as a teacher, there must be documents, for example a decree," he said.
He added that the case would be processed according to the law for 14 working days, and the process would first be submitted to the ASN Commission regarding the potential sanctions.
"We recommend the ASN Commission, they will follow up later," he said.
Previously, a video showing women expressing support for presidential and vice presidential candidate pairs was widely circulated on social media.
The video, which lasts four minutes 28 seconds, claims to be Ilah Gomez from SDN 3 Gobras who sings songs while dancing to the presidential and vice presidential candidate pair number 2.
