The Head Of The Regional Office Of The DKI Ministry Of Law And Human Rights Will Give Strict Sanctions For ASN Involved In Political Campaigns On Social Media
JAKARTA - Head of the Regional Office of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights of DKI Jakarta, Ibnu Chuldun formed a task force (Satgas) for the neutrality of ASN in the 2024 General Election. The task force will monitor and take action against ASN involved in political campaigns.
"This task force is one of our efforts, how can we guarantee that all ASN and VATPN in the DKI Jakarta Regional Office, which number more than 4,000, will really be neutral in the 2024 election," Ibnu told reporters, Wednesday, January 10.
Ibnu admitted that he would form a task force divided into 4 teams. And will go directly to the immigration, rural offices, BHP offices, prisons and detention centers.
"Later, our task force team will carry out guidance, supervision and monitoring of the neutrality. Have they signed the pledge," he said.

In addition, Ibnu through the ASN neutrality task force will also monitor the social media accounts (Medsos) of ASN in his ranks.
"Are they wise in using their social media. So they can no longer use social media whose contents affect or are influenced. Or they pose and cannot show their fingers," he said.
If a violation is found against ASN within the Regional Office of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights of DKI Jakarta, the Head of Regional Office of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights of DKI will impose strict sanctions up to a demotion.
"If there is a violation of our ASN, action will be taken in accordance with applicable regulations. We will examine them, we will give action and witnesses. The sanctions are clear, light warnings to moderate warnings, for example a demotion," he said.
