President Jokowi Monitors The Condition Of The Tea Factory Manpower In Tegal
TEGAL - President Joko Widodo monitors the employment conditions of the PT Tong Jie Indonesia tea factory, during a working visit with a number of ministers to Tegal, Central Java.
"PT Tong Tji Tea Indonesia is a very specific company, namely producing tea with a distinctive taste of Indonesia," he said in Tegal as reported by ANTARA, Wednesday, January 3.
President Jokowi said he was happy to meet face to face with the employees of the PT Tong Jie Tea Indonesia tea tea tea factory which was founded since 1938.
In front of the employees of the PT Tong Jie tea factory, Jokowi shared his experience with the President of South Korea at a mall in the Bogor area, West Java, which at that time was feeling thirsty.
"I once spontaneously invited the South Korean president to enter a mall in Bogor, then he said he was thirsty and then I met the Teh Tong Tji outlet and immediately drank there. Tong Jie's tea was really good," he said.
President Director of PT Tong Tji Tea Tatang Budiono said that his party has around 4,000 employees divided into various parts of the work unit.
In fact, all employees have been registered as participants of the Health Social Security Administering Agency (BPJS) and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan.

Tatang Budiono recounted that when he initially produced tea in glass packaging, many people had been underestimated.
However, glass tea products are very popular with the Indonesian people and have brought micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) to life.
"In addition to producing powdered tea and teabags, we are also developing contemporary tea products such as thematic tea or five-second tea and glassy tea to target the millennial generation," he said.
