Exceeding Target, BPH Migas Deposits IDR 1.3 Trillion To The State Through PNBP
JAKARTA - The Downstream Oil and Gas Regulatory Agency (BPH Migas) recorded Non-Tax State Revenue (PNBP) BPH Migas exceeded the target set in 2023, reaching IDR 1.393 trillion.
Head of BPH Migas Erika Retnowati said that this achievement exceeded the target carried out of Rp864.42 billion.
"Receipts from PNBP Migas from business entities reached 161.26 percent of the 2023 target," Erika said in a statement to the media, quoted Monday, January 1.
Erika further added that the BPH Migas PNBP was in an increasing trend when compared to the previous 2 years, where in 2021 PNBP BPH Migas was recorded at IDR 1.1 trillion. Meanwhile, in 2022, PNBP was deposited into the state treasury amounting to IDR 1.309 trillion.
He continued, to meet the affordable energy needs for the community, especially for people in 3T (lagging behind, frontier, and outermost) areas, throughout 2023 BPH Migas has also encouraged the construction of 89 one-price fuel distributors.
"Cumulatively, since 2017 until now 512 distributors of One Price Fuel have been built," he explained.

Meanwhile, the realization of the BPH Migas budget in 2023 amounted to Rp229.8 billion, or recorded a percentage of 99.51 percent of the budget ceiling of Rp230.92 billion. Erika said that BPH Migas had tried to record the realization through various efforts and continued to pay attention to accountability in budget management.
"Among other things, through accelerating the implementation of tenders, accelerating the completion of official accountability documents, as well as monitoring and periodic evaluation of the implementation of the BPH Migas budget," concluded Erika.
