Napoli Without Victor Osimhen During Ladeni Monza
Napoli lost striker Victor Osimhen while playing Monza in the Italian Serie A match at the Diego Armando Maradona Stadium, Saturday, December 30 in the morning WIB.
Napoli were not in good condition when they returned to compete in the Italian Serie A. Not only Osimhen, but also forward Matteo Politano who was absent. Both got red cards when Napoli were beaten 2-0 by AS Roma.
In addition, midfield duo Stanislav Lobotka and Jesper Lindstrom are in doubt able to appear because they are still injured. This is what makes the squad in an emergency situation.
"We are in an emergency situation. I can even make a list [of absent players]," said coach Walter Mazzarri.
"Lindstrom, if he is fit, will be played. But if he is absent, I put my trust in [Jens] Cajuste to replace him. He is also getting more mature," he said.
Mazzarri, further, said that if Lindstrom was declared fit, he would still be played. However, the players did not play full in the match.
"If declared recovered, Lindstrom will still not be played for 90 minutes. He could start or be fielded as a substitute," said Mazzarri again.
With the absence of Osimhen and Politano, Mazzarri will field Giovanni Simeone or Giacomo Raspadori. Because he did not play both simultaneously.
"If you play them together, the formation will change a lot. In this case, you must have a striker who sits on the bench. We'll see who plays," he said.
