The Term'structured, Systematic, Massive' Appears Again, Voiced By The Restless AMIN National Team For Violations
JAKARTA - Chairman of the Advisory Council of the National Legal Team Anies Baswedan-Muhaimin Iskandar (THN AMIN) Hamdan Zoelva said that election violations tend to be structured, systematic, and massive (TSM).
"From our records, at this time there is a tendency for violations that we can categorize leading to violations that are structured, systematic, and massive," Zoelva said as quoted by ANTARA, Thursday, December 28.
Zoelva said the principle of democratic election is fair and free so that election participants and organizers need to defend it.
According to him, when the principle of election is not maintained, integrity will give birth to a government that does not get legitimacy from the community. This is certainly very detrimental to the state.
He continued that THN AMIN had collected a number of evidences of election fraud, which tended to lead to TSM. In fact, it can cancel the results of the 2024 presidential election when the organizers and related officials do not follow up.
"We need to remind that when proven systematic, structured, and massive violations will result in the impact of the election being repeated. We will continue to note, reporting all violations that occur," he said.
From the findings of THN AMIN, especially related to election violations by other candidate pairs, until now it has not been followed up by the Election Supervisory Body (Bawaslu).
He said the election violations included distribution of milk during the day free of vehicles (CFD), gathering village officials, and campaigning in the educational environment.
"Our note shows that how many violations by candidate pair number 2. We have reported it, but Bawaslu ignored it. This is also a form of involvement of election organizers," he said.
