Teacher In Tangerang Obscene 9-Year-Old Student Escapes 3 Months Arrested
TANGERANG - Police arrested a teacher with the initials NF, the perpetrator of sexual abuse of his student at a school in Balaraja, Tangerang Regency with the initials MNA (9).
Tangerang Police Criminal Investigation Unit Head Kompol Arief Nazaruddin Yusuf said the obscene teacher had escaped for three months after committing sexual abuse on September 11, 2023.
"The perpetrator had no good faith. Then ran away, then we had a fast process, right to identify the suspect's whereabouts," Arief told reporters, Tuesday, December 26.
Arief explained that this incident began with the victim who reported the teacher's lecherous behavior to her parents which was then forwarded to the report to the Tangerang Police.
The police then followed up by conducting an investigation to examine witnesses and collect evidence at the victim's school.
"Then we carried out the process, either an intensive investigation process to be able to prove or evidence the beginning of this obscenity," he said.

Knowing that his lecherous act was known to the authorities, the perpetrator fled. However, the whereabouts of the person concerned were detected by Tangerang Police personnel. A moment later this obscene teacher was arrested on December 11, 2023.
For his actions, the teacher of NF who has been named a suspect is charged with Article 82 Paragraphs of Law no. 17 of 2016 and or 289 of the Criminal Code. "Threatened a maximum of 15 years in prison," he said.
