KTM 450 SX-F Factory Edition 2024, Dominating The World Motocross Arena In 2024?

JAKARTA - KTM has launched KTM 450 SX-F Factory Edition 2024 in mid-December but the price has not been disclosed. KTM 450 SX-F Factory Edition 2024 is claimed to be a "new notch" in the world's motocross competition.

Reporting from the company's website, Factory Edition 2024 is the top version of KTM 450 SX-F or equipped with a series of improvements developed through their manufacturing racing team.

One of the flagship features is the Connectivity Unit Offroad (CUO) which allows machine and suspension adjustments through the KTMConnect application without the need for external technician assistance. The system consists of two parts: the main unit installed between the right fork (protected start number) and the GPS unit in the front yard.

KTM also enhances the motor frame with variations in wall thickness and cut parts to increase flexibility as well as reduce weight. The 48mm WP XACT front suspension is now present with the WP Factory Start Device to help achieve the holeshot.

The back shock link is redesigned to optimize weight and stiffness, even the link bolts are smaller and lighter, directly taken from the manufacturer's racing motor. The powered single cylindrical 450cc engine is now breathing more relieved thanks to the updated airways, while the lightweight exhaust slip-on Akrapovi titanium reduces weight and increases power.

Several other improvements include new tank spoilers for better cooling, frame shields, reinforced lower plates, and billet coupling covers. Ergonomic gray ODI grip stangs, DIS wheel sets with orange majorized hubs, stiffer and stronger rear brake pedals, improved front brakes, as well as dedicated Factory graphics complementing the stiffness of this bike.
