More Practical, The Sale Of Parts In MySuzuki Services Increases Until The End Of 2023

JAKARTA - The digital solution for the purchase of Suzuki's original spare parts, MySuzuki, which was first introduced in 2018, has increased significantly in sales until the end of 2023. This digital solution includes spare parts, accessories, genuine oil & chemical, and online booking service purchase services.

Reporting from the brand's official website, Thursday, December 21, MySuzuki recorded a positive growth of 46 percent in sales of motorcycle and car parts compared to October 2023, with an increase of 79 percent year on year (yoy). This success is believed to have come from MySuzuki's success in providing complete and efficient services, allowing customers to make transactions easily and tracking their spare parts order status in one smart application.

Christiana Yuwantie, Head of the Partite Partite Department of PT Suzuki Indomobil Sales (SIS), stated that Suzuki is committed to meeting customer needs and following technological developments by presenting the MySuzuki application. This application helps customers, especially in purchasing spare parts and facilitates booking service services at nearby dealers.

In this digital era, we see changes in people's behavior that are increasingly turning to the use of technology in various aspects of life. Facing this change, Suzuki adapted by introducing MySuzuki, which has now become the main choice for customers in accessing the various services we offer," he said in an official statement received on Friday, December 22.

The increase in MySuzuki's performance and services is in line with the growth in the purchase of spare parts and booking services through this application. Compared to October 2023, sales of spare parts through MySuzuki in November 2023 increased by 18 percent for motorcycles and 68 percent for cars. When compared to November 2022, sales of MySuzuki in November 2023 recorded an increase of 30 percent for motorcycles and 28 percent for auto parts.

From this sales data, it was revealed that the order for spare parts through MySuzuki was dominated by areas outside Jabodetabek. For motorcycles, West Java is the highest, followed by East Java, DKI Jakarta, and Banten. Meanwhile, for cars, the West Nusa Tenggara region is the most dominant, followed by West Java, East Java, and South Kalimantan.

Distribution that is evenly distributed outside Jabodetabek and outside Java can be realized thanks to the support of the official Suzuki dealer network spread throughout Indonesia. Until now, the distribution network and service of MySuzuki is supported by 47 car dealers, 17 motorcycle dealers, and 4 outboard-Motor dealers (OBM).

Accumulated data from MySuzuki's orders since its launch show that the most parts orders are still dominated by motorcycles with a contribution of 59.79 percent, while cars reach 40.12 percent. Motorcycle spare parts sales services have been served since 2018, while new cars start in 2020.

Suzuki, which has penetrated all over Indonesia, provides additional security and comfort to customers by imposing the same price policy, namely 1 price guarantee. Thus, the price received by consumers remains consistent, not depending on the area they are in.

"Through this achievement, we are very grateful to all loyal customers who have entrusted the purchase of spare parts, accessories, to booking services online through the MySuzuki application. Of course, this figure is our motivation and enthusiasm to continue to improve the best service through MySuzuki so that all of our loyal customers can feel the benefits and conveniences," concluded Christiana.
