Lexus Launches The Latest UX 300h, Carrying A Sophisticated Hybrid System With A More Powerful Performance

JAKARTA - Lexus released the UX 300h refresher model as a model in 2025. The entry-level SUV variant from this manufacturer appeared with a number of changes that attracted attention.

Reporting from the brand's official website, Thursday, December 21, the Lexus UX 300h 2025 still maintains a distinctive goal with a block-shaped net pattern, and features a striking 'L' emblem as the company's logo on the front.

The distinctive headlamp design with an LED DRL (Daytime Running Light) light arranged with an arrow eye motif above the headlights, gives the identity of the light that forms the 'L', the hallmark of Lexus.

The impression of sporty and aggressiveness is increasingly emphasized on this new model with wide front and rear spatbors, creating a dramatic appearance on the vehicle. Front facilities also look sharper than the previous version.

The motifs on the rim arch not only play an aesthetic role, but also serve to protect the body from the pebbles and help direct the airflow to the edge to reduce turbulence, improve car stability.

The interior of UX 300h 2025 features a 12.3-inch multi-information screen as a standard on Premium and F Sport types. While on Base type, a 7-inch multi-information screen is available.

The Lexus UX 300h 2025 is also equipped with an advanced Lexus Safety System + 3.0 safety system, including Pre-Collition System (PCS) with Pedestrian Detection, All-Speed Dynamic Radar Cruise Control (DRCC), Lane Tracing Assist (LTA), Land Departure Alert with Steering Assist (LDA w/SA), Road Sign Assist (RSA), and Active Driving Assist (PDA).

This car is powered by a fifth-generation hybrid system consisting of a double electric motor combined with a 2.0 liter lined 4-cylinder engine and a Continuously Variable Transmission (CVT) dental change system. The total generated power reaches 196 dk, higher than the previous 181 dk. With an acceleration of 0-97 km/hour within 7.9 seconds to drive all wheels (AWD) and 8 seconds for front wheels (FWD).

The performance of this machine is enhanced by the efficiency of small and light lithium-ion batteries that replace nickel-metal batteries. The 60-cell battery is located under the rear seat, keeping passengers comfortable.

The Lexus UX 300h is only available in the hybrid variant in the United States market, in line with the company's commitment to supporting sustainability by achieving carbon neutrality. Further information, including prices, will be announced in the new year when the car is ready to be marketed.
