TKN Prabowo: Free Milk And Lunch Affects Economic Growth
JAKARTA - Spokesperson for the National Campaign Team (TKN) Viva Yoga Mauladi said the free lunch and milk program launched by Prabowo-Gibran had an effect on economic growth.
"This has an economic impact side, especially in terms of supply of raw materials and creating new jobs. Because it will have a direct impact on the surrounding community," said Viva as quoted by ANTARA, Thursday, December 21.
Viva explained that free milk and lunch programs will be provided throughout Indonesia. This makes food producers such as meat, vegetables, eggs and milk involved in preparing these foods which will encourage economic turnover in the realm of all food traders in Indonesia.
Not only economic turnover and improving the nutrition of citizens, according to Viva, this program will also affect the opening of employment opportunities.
The reason is, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the food sector will get bigger and require labor. This, continued Viva, has been proven when this program was implemented in other countries.

If Prabowo-Gibran is elected, Viva believes that the people's health sector, food security and the economy will benefit from this free milk and lunch program.
