It's Reasonable For Owners To Be Angry If Their Cars Are Hit, But Ouseloka Doesn't Care And Hits The Victim Immediately

TANGERANG - The police officially appointed footballer Egwuatu Godstime Ouseloka alias Olisa on suspicion of mistreatment of a resident named Kevin Hartanto Gohzali in the Karawaci area, Tangerang City.

Tangerang City Metro Police Chief, Kombes Zain Dwi Nugroho said the determination of the suspect was based on examining witnesses and a number of evidence related to the incident.

"The witnesses and as well as the results of the post-mortem, including the examination of the victim. Finally, yesterday we made arrests and detentions of the perpetrators," Zain told reporters, Thursday, December 21.

Zain revealed that the motive of the former Persipura Jaya Pura footballer was annoyance with the victim when he was reprimanded for hitting the victim's car.

"He had words including words that killed the perpetrator. So that the perpetrator felt annoyed with the victim so that the perpetrator got out of the car and spread to the victim's ear until his eardrum was burst," he said.

For his actions, Olisi was charged with Article 351 paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code with a maximum threat of 7 years in prison.

"The detention of the perpetrator was carried out on behalf of Olias, a naturalized football player who we have currently placed in the Tangerang City Police detention center," he concluded.
