Stormzy And Clairo Lead Line-up Artists In Humanitarian Concerts For Gaza And Sudan
JAKARTA - Stormzy and Clairo will appear at charity events in the US to raise funds for the ongoing humanitarian crisis in Gaza and Sudan.
Artists' For Aid charity show will take place at thewield Symphony Hall in New Jersey on January 4 and spearheaded by rapper and poet Mustafa, who is from Sudan.
Also to appear are Omar Apollo, 6lack, 070 Shake, Charlotte Day Wilson, Mohammed El Kurd, Nick Hakim and many more special guests.
We are working tirelessly to present this to you, but our fatigue is not even the slightest of what we will sing. In recent years I have visited my homeland, Sudan, and Palestine," Mustafa wrote in his Instagram post.
"My visit to both countries has a major goal, to connect with the artist community, with young organizers to equalize sadness, hope, and belief. The violence that occurred in both countries claimed that dream. Here it was revived for me. His intention remains, tonight we are giving our voices to provide space for them," he continued.
