Prabowo: Don't Always Bring Up Negative Things

Presidential candidate number 2 Prabowo Subianto reminded his volunteers and supporters to always think positively, instead of looking for or bringing up negative things.

"Let's recognize the success of our own nation. Don't always look for or bring up negative things. Think well, think positively," Prabowo said in his remarks after receiving a declaration of support for the Indonesian Chinese Alliance in North Jakarta as reported by ANTARA, Tuesday, December 19.

This was conveyed by Prabowo to foster optimism among volunteers and their supporters.

According to him, Indonesia is in a very possible situation to rise to become a greater country.

"All indicators show we are in a good position, all indicators. We have growth (economics) in the midst of a crisis, our growth is one of the highest. Our inflation may never be as low as we are now," he said.

Prabowo also said that the program offered with his partner, vice president Gibran Rakabuming Raka, was clear, namely continuing the construction of the nation's predecessor.

"The Prabowo-Gibran program is very clear, we want to continue what has been built by our predecessors and I invite all Indonesians, friends, let us always be good at respecting our leaders," said Prabowo.

Prabowo also emphasized the importance of harmony in maintaining national peace considering the war that is currently volatile in other countries.

"It turns out that the key is harmony. The key is whether we can or not maintain harmony between us, among all groups, ethnic groups, ethnicities, all political parties, all organizations," he said.
