This Is The Look Of A Brothers And Sisters Suspect In The Murder Of A Couple In Cipulir, South Jakarta
JAKARTA - Brother AH (26) and JZ (22) are still undergoing examination at the Kebayoran Lama Police, South Jakarta for the alleged murder of a married couple (couple) at a shophouse in the Cipulir area, Kebayoran Lama, South Jakarta, Monday, December 18, at around 3.00 WIB.
AH and JZ were arrested by the police not far from the scene. Precisely next to the shophouse of the crime scene (TKP).
Kebayoran Lama Police Chief Kompol Widya explained that the two perpetrators had attempted to escape. But fortunately the police who arrived at the scene immediately carried out security.

According to a temporary investigation conducted by the police, 2 victims (couples) were known as old employees. Meanwhile, the two perpetrators are new workers.

Widya said that the brothers were charged with Article 340 of the Criminal Code with the maximum threat of the death penalty.
The Article 340 of the Criminal Code reads 'Whoever deliberately and with a plan first takes the lives of others, is threatened with the death penalty or life imprisonment or for a certain period of time, a maximum of 20 years'
"Article 340 of the Criminal Code," he said.
The perpetrator, when asked by the police, admitted that he was hurt because he was often scolded. Because he was not strong enough with the victim's words, the brothers agreed to persecute the victim using a knife to death.
They think that the husband and wife who live in the shophouse have hurt them. They work together at the shophouse. Because they are new employees of these two people. This younger brother is a new employee," said Kompol Widya.
"This perpetrator was annoyed with the victim, finally abused until (finally) died on the spot. It seems that he was attacked with a knife. One of them, his younger brother (who was holding a knife)," he added.
The act of persecution made local residents excited. The police who received the information went directly to the scene.
