Prabowo Gives IDR 15 Billion Capital For MDS Cooperative Development
Presidential Candidate Prabowo Subianto provided capital assistance of IDR 15 billion for the Prosperous Digital Partners Cooperation (MDS) in order to build the nation's economy.
"So I decided to participate in IDR 15 billion in capital and if possible the interest is as low as possible, because I am very happy to see all of you smile," Prabowo said as quoted by ANTARA from a written statement, Monday, December 18.
Prabowo gave this assistance while attending the national gathering of the MDS Cooperative at PT Asri Pelangi Nusa, Purwakarta, West Java on Saturday (16/12).
Prabowo said the assistance was given to widen the MDS cooperative so that it could spread to all levels of society.
According to him, cooperatives are one of the elements that can help the economy of the lower middle class.
This is because cooperatives can provide affordable credit and low food prices so that the needs of residents can be met.
