Deontay Wilder Yakin Anthony Joshua Wins Against Otto Wallin

JAKARTA The former heavyweight world champion from the United States, Deontay Wilder, believes Anthony Joshua will win the fight against Otto Wallin.

Joshua will enter the ring against Wallin on December 23, 2023 in Saudi Arabia. On the same card, Wilder will also duel against former world champion Joseph Parker.

If they both win then Joshua's chances of clashing with Wilder are wide open. Both could have climbed into the ring in the first quarter of next year.

Wilder said that Joshua should not have to think about the possibility of their duel. It will only disturb his concentration against Otto Wallin.

"I love the fight between the two men and may the best win," Wilder told TalkSport.

"I think Joshua. I see he will win this fight if his mind is in the right place."

"If he goes in there with confidence and a desire to win then I see him win that fight," he added.

Joshua and Wilder have repeatedly been linked in the ring for their first clashes. However, their fight plans have yet to materialize.

Wilder said for now Joshua should shift all his focus to Wallin. If you really focus then the chances of him winning are huge.

"If he goes in there thinking about what will happen next, especially if it's related to me or anything else outside of that, then he's probably going to be in big trouble," he said.

Fighting Wallin is Joshua's third fight since losing twice in a row against Oleksandr Usyk. Previously, he defeated Jermaine Franklin and Robert Helenius.

Meanwhile, fighting Parker was Wilder's second duel since falling twice against Tyson Fury. The 38-year-old fighter previously won over Helenius in October 2022.
