Spotify Is Testing Playlist Maker Features With AI Support
JAKARTA At the end of last November, one of the users on TikTok with the username robdad_ found the AI Playlist display feature, the maker of the Artificial Intelligence-based music playlist.
From the account footage, this AI Playlist looks like a chatbot. Users can mention the type of playlist they want or follow recommendations from Spotify such as music for the cafe background, a special Witch House genre, to electronic instruments.
The emergence of this AI Playlist shocked many Spotify users. Not a few of them want to feel the feature firsthand, but this is unlikely to happen in the near future because Spotify is still testing its features.
When this feature went viral, Techcrunch tried to contact Spotify, but they refused to confirm. At the time, Spotify said that it would not comment on any speculation about the feature.

However, recently, Spotify began to open up a little about the AI-powered features they are designing. Although not explained in detail, Spotify said that the AI Playlist feature was being tested for some time to come.
